COPYRIGHT POLICY

Effective Date: April 7, 2026

Daily Strange respects intellectual property rights and expects users, contributors, and community participants to do the same.

This Copyright Policy explains how Daily Strange responds to allegations of copyright infringement and how rights holders may submit notices regarding allegedly unauthorized use of protected material.

1 - Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that material available on Daily Strange infringes your copyright, you may send a copyright notice containing the following information:

  • your full name and contact details

  • identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed

  • identification of the allegedly infringing material and enough information for us to locate it

  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law

  • a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, where applicable

  • your physical or electronic signature

2 - Where to Send a Notice

Copyright notices should be sent to:

Daily Strange
Email: info@dailystrange.com
Subject Line: Copyright Notice

If Daily Strange later creates a dedicated copyright contact address, this page may be updated accordingly.

3 - How Daily Strange May Respond

When we receive a sufficiently detailed copyright complaint, we may review the claim and take action that we consider appropriate. This may include:

  • requesting more information

  • temporarily restricting access to the material

  • removing the material

  • notifying the affected user or contributor

  • taking account-level action in repeated or serious cases

4 - Counter-Notice

If content you posted is removed due to a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was made in error or due to misidentification, you may respond with a counter-notice.

A counter-notice should include:

  • your full name and contact details

  • identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal

  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification

  • your physical or electronic signature

  • any additional information reasonably necessary for us to review the dispute

Daily Strange may evaluate such counter-notices and respond as appropriate under applicable law and platform policy.

5 - Repeat Infringers

Daily Strange may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright or repeatedly submit content that violates intellectual property rights.

We also reserve the right to act after a single serious incident where the circumstances justify immediate enforcement.

6 - Misuse of Copyright Claims

Submitting knowingly false, misleading, abusive, or bad-faith copyright complaints or counter-notices may result in rejected claims, account action, or other appropriate measures.

7 - Related Policies

This Copyright Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.
